2.4 Employees, officers, directors and contractors of u388 or any of its affiliated companies, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to hold a u388 player account.
3.1 To access gaming features on u388, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, current and complete information including a valid email address, a Malaysian mobile phone number and a date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information at all times.
3.2 Each individual may hold only one u388 account. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, u388 reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any bonuses and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.
3.3 Your u388 login credentials — username and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify u388 support immediately at [email protected].
3.4 Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification is required prior to processing the first withdrawal from any u388 account. u388 may request any or all of the following: a copy of a government-issued photo ID (MyKad or passport), proof of address dated within 90 days, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe will result in withdrawal suspension.
3.5 u388 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant without providing a reason.
u388 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, and cryptocurrency (USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion. Deposits are credited to your u388 MYR wallet instantly for e-wallet methods. u388 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — payment must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawal requests are processed during operating hours subject to completion of KYC verification. u388's published withdrawal SLA targets are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch n Go, Boost, GrabPay) within 15 minutes; bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank) within 60 minutes. These timelines apply on business days. u388 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification checks at u388's discretion.
All player balances are denominated in MYR. u388 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Any fees imposed by your bank, e-wallet provider or payment network are your own responsibility.
5.1 u388 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and cashback credits ("Bonus Funds"). All Bonus Funds are subject to specific wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds requirements and expiry dates as detailed in the individual promotion terms at the time of offer.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
5.3 u388 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonuses claimed in connection with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.
5.4 In the event of any discrepancy between a promotional banner and the written promotion terms, the written terms shall prevail.
5.5 Bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address and device. u388 may apply additional restrictions at its discretion where abuse patterns are detected.
6.1 All games available on the u388 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer procedures that have been independently tested and certified by recognised international testing laboratories. Game outcomes are fair, random and not influenced by prior results or player identity.

6.3 In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, software fault or any other technical error that affects the outcome of a game round, u388 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager. u388 shall not be responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
6.4 Game results displayed on u388's servers are conclusive. In the event of a dispute between a player's local display and u388's server records, the server record shall be determinative.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the u388 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities:
8.1 u388 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from the account dashboard: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, reality check pop-ups, and self-exclusion for periods of 24 hours to permanent closure.
8.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the affected account will be locked, all marketing communications will cease, and the player will not be permitted to open a new account until the exclusion period has lapsed (or permanently, if a permanent exclusion was selected).

10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes u388's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 u388 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the u388 platform, you consent to u388's data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 u388 will not sell, rent or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
11.3 u388 may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary to provide its services.
12.1 u388 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or by email to the address registered on your u388 account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.2 If you do not agree to an amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the u388 platform and close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure.
13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under u388's international gaming authority licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to u388's Customer Support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the relevant licensing authority.
13.2 Nothing in this clause prevents you from raising a complaint with the applicable gaming regulatory body under u388's licence jurisdiction.
